Our resources have lead large programs ($1.1+B, 320+ FTEs) and many mid-size programs ($300+M, 85+ FTEs), but we have yet lead these directly as the Prime Contractor. With our new certifications and our previous relationships, we are looking to change HEWITT Engineering, Management, and Training from a Sub Contractor to a Prime Contractor.

Sub Contracting
Our primary workstream has always been "Sub Contracting" to others being a small business. Here we have worked as Second-Tier Contractors to help win and execute work or as an Independent Contractor when Second-Tier Subcontractors are excluded from the work by the Federal Government.

Many of our services can be purchased on credit card, check, or by invoice. This includes educational training, materials, and personnel resources for relatively tight requirements and needs.
This is typically for smaller, specific, customized needs.
