What are We?
We typically on build properties, homes, and structures for ourselves, family members, and potentially very high-end customs for a good friend.  We only build the following:
- High-End, Large Homes,
- Custom Designs,
- Designs Integrated Into Surroundings and Proper Positioning,
- Built From High-Quality Structural Materials,
- Maintaining High-Load Capacities,
- Traditional and Contemporary Designs, and
- Containing Elements You Will Want Today and In The Future.

What Are We Not?

We are not your standard track builder, building the same house over and over and over again, while changing a color or reversing the profile.  This is what you see in all levels of housing from middle class to upper class neighborhoods. We do not:
- Build Track Houses (That Builders Call Custom),
- Repeat Designs,
- Arbitrarily Place Homes On Poorly Constructed Lots,
- Use Builder Grade (Bare Minimum) Anything With a Short Life, and
- That You Will Hate For As Long As You Own It.

We do not pinch pennies or split hairs in negotiating.  Do not ask us to do so!

OPPORTUNITY

We have the following property with NEW CONSTRUCTION listed below.  This was being built for my mother.  Being of a senior age, she has decided to sell the home and downsize to a smaller home for the near-term.  As a result, a TRUE custom home has become available in a highly-desirable location in a low-inventory market.  It can be yours if, the price is right!

I personally have a very large Custom Home in this subdivision and also operate the business from this location.

We can build a custom home on your lot or work with our Realtor to find you one.

Past Performance - Grand Estate at Monticello

The Main Home measures 18,000 sq. ft., Carriage House / Workshop measure 9,300 sq. ft. with 3,600 sq. ft. of engineered decking.

This is a Custom Home with a Detached Carriage House over-engineered from the groupd up.  There are about 2,200 hours in Engineering Drawings, Calculations, and Design.  Add to this all of the custom elements and high-end features.

It is built on 18 acres of premium property in Western Howard County, the 6th most affluent counties in the US. It is surrounded by preservation property providing a remote feel while being at the crossroads of Baltimore, DC, and Frederick.

Past Performance - Water Grandeur at Indian Creek

In the Northern Neck (birthplace of 4 of the first 5 US Presidents), situated on 25 acres of waterfront on Indian Creek and the Chesapeake Bay in White Stone, Virginia. Takes on the feel of an island where backed by a 4 acre, fresh-water pond.  We had to bring in trades from Richmond, VA, Frederick, Maryland, and Hanover, PA to support the effort.

The Main Home, Garage, and Apartment measure 12,000 sq. ft. with an additional 3,000 sq. ft. of engineered decking integrating the property. This is a true custom home with a detached garage and apartment re-architected and engineered from the ground up. Significant grading was added to raise the property 3+ feet due to proximity to water.

It resides on 25 acres of waterfront at Indian Creek and the Chesapeake Bay in White Stone, Virginia. We pulled trades in from Richmond, VA; Frederick, Maryland; and Hanover, PA to support the effort. This was a tear-down, rebuild utilizing an existing strong foundation which was optimized in placement on the lot and grandfathered as part of the water setback rules. Key to this effort was the significant time was utilized to ensure placement, direction, expansion, and integration to the environment.

All high-end materials were utilized to ensure a quality product. Water views from all rooms, large windows for light, balconies, decks, and gardens all flow together in a "Nantucket" look with both contemporary and traditional flavors.
